How do I participate in the Gertens Fundraiser?

Provide your customers with the Gertens CYHA fundraiser webpage information to order fundraiser items directly through Gertens.

What are the key dates for the Gertens Fundraiser?

Gertens CYHA fundraiser webpage opens Friday, September 22, 2023

The CYHA fundraiser webpage closes Monday, October 23, 2023 at 10 PM. Late orders cannot be accepted

Order pick up will be on Monday, November 20, 2023 at Centennial Arena

How do my customers view fundraiser items, submit orders and payment?

Your customers will be able to access the CYHA fundraiser webpage and directly place their orders by following the instruction below.

Remind your customers to include the name of your player in the “seller’s name” field so you get credit for the order.

1. Go to www.gertensfundraising.com

2. Enter the Store ID code 65  for Centennial Youth Hockey Association into the text field

3. Click ‘Enter ID to Continue’

PLEASE NOTE: Quantities are limited on fundraiser items, encourage your family and friends get their orders in early.

Your customers should shop directly from your site. Do not collect orders and hold to enter later.

If an item sells out, it will be marked sold out on the CYHA group page and customers will not be able to continue to order that item.

How do I pick up my orders and how do I know what my customers ordered?

Order pick up will be held at Centennial Arena on Monday, November 20 from 6:30pm to 8pm

Paper copies of your customer orders and their information will be provided at pick up.

Orders must be picked up during the scheduled time. Orders not picked up during the scheduled time will be donated.

What are the proceeds for the Gertens Fundraiser?

Fundraiser profit is 30% of all plant and greens sales and 15% on all plant card sales. Fundraiser proceed checks will mailed about a month after order pick up.
