CYHA will be hosting a series of goalie clinics again this year.

Each clinic will be 1 hour for each age level.  It will be run by our goalie development coaches (MEGA).

Please RSVP to goalie@centennialhockey.org & justin@megagoaltending.com and include the following:
-- Son/Daughter's Name
-- Level of Play (i.e. Squirt, U10, Peewee, U12, Bantam, U14)
-- Which Date(s) they will be attending

In an effort to serve you and your goalie's needs most effectively please email us the week(s) you'd like MEGA to be at your practice.* As agreed upon with the association you will have three (3) 60 minute sessions this season. You may purchase additional sessions through MEGA for the reduced rate of $60 per 60 minute session.

When sending your ice request please include the following:

Subject line of the email: Team Name ex. (Centennial B1 Peewee)

Message box: Please see if you can be make it to a practice during the second half of November. Second week of December, and first week of January.

We will work to meet your request the best we can. We will send confirmation of the dates we will be at your team's practice to work with your goaltender(s).

We will also send a reminder email two days in advance to make sure no changes have occurred and the entire practice plan can continue without the use of a goalie.

Please keep in mind that due to the investment the association is making in its goaltenders we ask to spend the entire hour with the goaltenders.

Please submit your requests to justin@megagoaltending.com & goalie@centennialhockey.org by November 11th.

*If you do not have a request we will simply schedule practices spread through out the season as evenly as possible

After talking with MEGA, we have decided on the following for how we will utilize "Shared Ice". While it is different than last year, it makes more sense with their approach to working with the goalies that they are supposed to be on the ice with. In years past "Shared Ice" has been a hassle with GDI, and this year, we are going to change how it is done.

Each team participating in a MEGA Instruction will be charged for their services. With a maximum number of goalies being 3.

What this means, is that if you are sharing ice with another team, and MEGA is working with your team, and the other team wishes to have MEGA work with their goalie as well, then, both teams will have a session used out of their 3.

For Example:
Team "X" has 1 Goalie
Team "Y" has 1 Goalie
Team "Z" has 2 Goalies

If Team "X" and Team "Y" are sharing Ice, and Team "X" has requested MEGA to assist with their goalie, and Team "Y" wants to have MEGA work with their goalie as well, then Both Team "X" & Team "Y" will be using one session.

If Team "X" and Team "Z" are sharing Ice and Team "X" has requested MEGA to assist with their goalie, and Team "Z" wants to have MEGA work with their goalies as well, the Both Team "X" & Team "Z" will be using one session.

The maximum number of goalies that MEGA will work with at any "Shared Ice" practice is 3 goalies.
