Student Coaching

Student Coaching Registration Process

Student Coaches must do all of the following:

  1. Read through the CYHA Student Coaching packet.
  2. Print and complete the Consent to Treat form in the packet.
  3. Print and complete the USAH Student Coaching form.
  4. Follow the Registration link and process below.
    • Note:  if you have already registered with USAH you need to get your USAH player number to input.  You can click on the USAH link to access your individual code.

ALL PRINTED FORMS NEED TO BE PLACED IN THE CENTENNIAL ARENA DROP BOX by November 1, 2011.
