Website Support - View Support Thread

I am wondering what it will take to get an online tournament application that when submitted, will go directly to me inbox.  I have attached a document that I have used in the past as a starting point.

Please let me know if this is workable and if there is a cost associated with it.

Thanks Chris.  Two answers come to mind.  First, your site has an online tournament team registration feature.  That is one thing you could use to better manage who registers.  Directly to your question, the cost would be about $120 to create an online form that would route to you via email.
