Hi Mike!

Mary Harmon here from CYHA Volunteers.... Would you be able to re-set all of our member's volunteer hours back to 8?  We will start needing volunteers in the next month so it would be good to have them back to square 1.

Yes.  However, as you prepare for online registration, we usually set hours in that process.  Do all families get assigned 8 hours?  If so, we can just reset and then set everyone for 8 hours, and leave it out of the online registration process.

Hi Mike,

It's time for us to re-set the volunteer hours again this year.  Please also default everyone to be 8 hours for required.  We have some new families again this year so as they sign up and request a PIN can you also default those to 1) the 8 hours required and 2) have them automatically display in the master database?  I always run into problems getting new ones to show up.

I will also need to expand the volunteer sheets to go to end of 2011.
