Can't get into the website admin page to make changes to our tournament page.
Can you reset my password? |

There are no resets for admins. Have you tried the password reminder? What are you entering for a username and password? What do you see when you try to log in?

The email address that was entered when your account was created is davehauegen80@yahoo.com. Email reminders can be sent to that email address.
I will call you to remedy. I cannot put anything sensitive in this reply as I suspect you are using the publically viewable support feature. I will erase your username from this thread.
As to requesting a new username, you can do that at anytime. As the thank you page says when you do that, all request are processed in 24 hours or less.....not 2 to 3 days.

Neat thing is, your website tool to help remind me what the heck my name and password is does not recognize my email address (when I attempt to start the help process) so go figure.
Look I need to access my tournament page. My user name is xxxxxxxxxxx and my password is not working can you help or do I need to submit a new user name and password and wait for two or three day's until it get's processed?
Maybe you can send me a phone number so I can call and we can chat about how to fix this problem. |

By the way, I just looked up your account and that is not your username. I will put the tourney email address into your account. That will send you an automated email. Let us know if you still have issues after you get that and try logging in.
