We just do not have the right one. We need a new one so we can finish our volunteer hours. |

Families are only allowed one Pin. Therefore, you cannot have a new one. However, we are happy to fix any issue you are having. If you can tell us more about any error you are getting, we can help you. When you say "we just do not have the right one", what does that mean? Do you know your Pin? If not, please use the Pin Reminder to have it emailed to you. If you do know it, and you are not able to sign up for volunteer hours, please help us know what goes wrong when you try so we can help you.
