CYHA has implemented a volunteer program that requires each family to volunteer a minimum of 8 hours beginning in April and running thru March of each year.  A deposit of $200 is required at Registration.

Volunteer forms are required at the time of registration.  The Volunteer Form can be found on the registration page of this website or click HERE.

Report Volunteer Hours Worked
When you have completed any number of volunteer hours, you are required to report the hours worked via the online form below.  Volunteer hours are self-reported.

CYHA will not return your $200 volunteer fee if CYHA is unable to validate the volunteer hours worked. 

Please complete this form as soon as you have completed the volunteer hours.  The form will be sent directly to the CYHA Volunteer Director with a copy to the email address you provide on the form.
