***2022-2023 Captain's Practice Info***

CAPTAINS PRACTICE & DRYLAND

The cost for captains practice will be $300 per player for 14 hours of ice and 15.5 hours of off-ice training at Centennial Sports Arena. Terry and Trey Hughes will run each on-ice session. We are also adding goalie training this season. An OS Hockey goalie coach will attend 3-5 sessions to work with the goaltenders. Participation is encouraged!
