Please refer to the specific Coaches, Manager/Volunteer, and Student Coache pages for registration information and supporting information details for your staff role.

The file below lists all of the staff who have registered with CYHA for this season.  If you have any color on your line (other than green), then you owe something prior to roster signing.  With the exception of the CEP renewal (peach) for coaches which has to be completed before 12/15.

The only other exception with the highlight is that some Volunteers/Board members have been coaches in the past so might show yellow on concussion that can be ignored as that is only needed for coaches.

Clearance deadline is:

• Traveling -> October 15, 2025 (roster signing October 25th)
• Mite -> November 22nd, 2025 (Roster Signing December 6th)
• Jr Gold -> November 14th, 2025 (Roster November 28)

Anyone not cleared by those dates will not be on the original roster and unable to be on the ice or have player interaction.  They will be added to a supplemental roster which will not be cleared until 2 weeks after roster signing. 

Note:  starting 2025-26 season D10 Registrar has instituted fees for the following:

• Roster Errors:  $500 per incident where original rosters have errors.
• Roster updates: $25 per update

Roster signing:  Traveling: October 25, 2025 and Mite/JG is December 6th, 2025
