Good Evening, Cougar Families!

Now that Tryouts are complete, each Traveling Level Player is required to be Registered into our Payment Registration Database. You will NOW register your player for the specific level and team placement that they are assigned to for the 2025-2026 Season.  For Example, Player placed on Bantam B1, you will select Bantam B1 for your correct payment option.

This registration will collect payments and payment plans for the 2025-2026 Season. There will NOT be a true up accounting process this year, so please make sure that you select the correct level.

Deadline for players needing to be registered by is October 31st, 2025 at midnight. We will be monitoring ALL registrants, if your player is NOT registered by October 31st, they will not be able to participate in team events until registration is complete.

All athletes and volunteers MUST register with USA HOCKEY prior to registering with CYHA. You will receive a USA Hockey Confirmation Number that will be required during all the registration process. 

There is a USA Hockey registration fee for all athletes.  USA Hockey uses this fee to help fund the insurance coverage that covers any injuries on the ice during sanctioned events.

Your home address should be used for all participants.

Follow this link to the USA Hockey Registration and follow the steps to complete the registration for all athletes (kids) and yourself as a volunteer, coach or referee (parents).  

If this is your athletes first year with CYHA, please remember to email a copy of your athlete's birth certificate to the CYHA registrar at registration@centennialhockey.org.

This is the fee schedule for the 2025-2026 Winter Season. We will be collecting all fees this year after Tryouts and Team Placement are complete for these specific Traveling Levels (Squirts, U10, Peewee, U12, and Bantams. 

* Mites/U8, U15, JGU16, Junior Gold will register using a different link provided and will open on 8/4/2025.
