MANAGER UPDATES:
SCOREBOOKS: These have been placed in your bins!
TEAM ROSTER: Rosters are in your bins to be picked up unless you were missing information. Please return them by Friday 11/11 as instructed in the email from the registrar.
TEAM BOOKS:
Everyone has had ample time to pick up their team book from the arena. For those who haven’t already, PLEASE RETRIEVE YOUR TEAM BOOK FROM YOUR TEAM MAILBOX AT THE CENTENNIAL ICE ARENA ASAP, and carry it with you to practices, games, etc. The book should ALWAYS be where the players are. DO NOT leave it at the ice arena in your team mailbox!! It should be kept with the manager or a coach who will be with the team. It contains private information that should not be left unattended.
TEAM LABELS AND COACHES LABELS: The team labels are generated after team rosters are created. Team labels are not created from a template, but from our registration database. The coaches template, found on the manager page, is for you to make your coaches labels for the scorebook. The information used on this label can be found on the team roster. Once you get your team book and the team roster, you can complete the data for the coaches label
(see sample coaches label). Email me your completed template and I will print coaches labels for you and put them in your team bin at the rink. Team labels will be found in your team book. When you are getting low and need more printed, email me a few days before they are needed, and I will print more and put them in your team bin at the rink.

TEMPLATE 5163.)

For district 10 tournament, when will we get the official word on each of team's standings for placement in the tournament? District 10 has posted the tournament brackets but not sure where we will be seeded. Does this info go to the coaches or to the managers?

It is up to your level director to give you the official word. I just checked and I see that our B2 PW bracket is posted but I don't see any team names for your C PW yet. Keep checking the website because they should be posted anytime.

I need a frame, Mary needs a frame, I have two other people that need 3 together so this makes 5 and Kelly you had someone who needed 4 which makes 9 anybody know of any other people so we can get an order of 12 ???????

Does anyone have any extras of the panoramic picture frames we've ordered in the past? I've had a few people ask about them now that they have their picture. I don't have enough to make it worth ordering them on my own.

We just ordered from this company http://www.neilenterprises.com/panoramicframe.aspx. You have to order a case of 12 and for the case with shipping it was $132 - around $11 each.

Hey Managers - Just so you realize that submitting your news to Let's Play Hockey can really pay off.... our B2 PW Black team was just selected as the DQ Team of the week for LPH for Dec 1 issue. Each player and coach will get a coupon for a free chicken strip basket. How fun is that?

Hey Cheri,
I have sent a note to the hockey directors on the board to see if they have a sample scoresheet to post. I looked at D10 website but couldn't find anything. I did ask them at our D10 meeting to post an example but I don't see that they did anything.

Just a quick e-mail to encourage you to submit your team’s scores to Let’s Play Hockey on a weekly basis. The scores are printed in LPH and distributed for our rankers to use each week in determining the top teams in the state. We’ll release the first set of youth hockey rankings in next week’s edition of LPH

If anyone needs helmet stickers, I went through Signs Now in Blaine, right next to Lettermen's. They did fabulous job and turnaround time was 2-5 days. Great service. Signs NOW - 763-717-0140 - ask for Erik.

TIP ON SENDING TEAM MESSAGES FROM YOUR TEAM PAGE:
When you are in the Edit mode on your team page, look for the Groups tab and click on that. You will see your team roster with your members list and right next to that is 'messages'. Click on 'messages' and over on the right you will see an envelope to 'send message to group' and click on that. This will allow you to send a message to every family that has an email with NGIN attached to your roster. You no longer have to enter email accou…

TIP ON UPDATING YOUR TEAM PAGE:
Once you have been given access to your team website page, login as yourself and navigate to your team page. You will see a 'light switch' in the top right corner - just flip the switch to the Edit mode to make changes to your page.

TIP ON CREATING YOUR TEAM ROSTER:
Make sure when you add a player to your team roster you select to "Add from Network Directory" and then just search by last name to find your player. This way all of the family's email and contact information are already attached so that you can send out messages to your team without creating your own email or distribution lists.
