Fundraising

Optional for families.

All profits earned go back to the player/family that participates. Profits will range per family based on the sales they make.

You can participate in one or both; there are no restrictions.

CHYA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The funds that are raised go back into the association.

Optional for teams.

Each team can choose to fundraise to help offset team assessments, pay for extra ice/tournaments, or other team approved expenses.

Examples to include:

• Grocery bagging
• Restaurant nights
• Raffles
• Other team-lead activities

• Dashboard will NOT collect money on orders. You must still collect money directly from each sale listed.
• Pizza selling will go from 8/31/26 - 10/09/26
• Money for all sales due 10/09/26 (CYHA drop box inside lobby of Centennial Arena)
• One payment made to CYHA for all sales collected (cash, check, money order)
• Pizza pickup will be Tuesday 10/27/26 at Centennial Arena from 4-7pm
• Profit checks will be given on pizza night pickup
• Profits ranges from $4.85 - $5.30 per pizza

DIBS hours will be available on pickup night



• Holiday greens and poinsettia sales will go from 9/21/26 - 10/26/26
• Payment for sales collected on website
• Plant and gift card pickup on Saturday 11/21/26
• Email with pickup details will be sent to those families that participated
• Profit checks will be sent end of December/beginning of January 2027
• Profits include 30% off plant and green sales and 15% off plant cards

• All registered athletes that are required to sell five (5) Club Cards.
• Excluded from selling cards:
• Cougar Cubs
• Mite D / U8
• Program will run once a year.
• Each card will sell for $20. Sell all five and you make your money back.
• Players that sell 15 cards beyond the required five minimum can earn a $50 Amazon gift card.
• Cards will be given out mid to late October at the manager's meeting (when teams have been formed).
• Additional arrangements will be made for the U15 girls - more details to come.
